Anna Victoria was born on June 3rd, 1882 in Bullitt, Kentucky, United States. Anna Victoria's father was John Leeright Foster and her mother was Elizabeth Zion Russell. Her paternal grandparents were James H. Foster and Nancy Monteith Jones. She had a brother and six sisters, named James K, Nancy E "Nannie", Bettie E, Bessie M, Hattie Belle, Ruby P and Sarah Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 58 on March 22nd, 1941 in Fairdale, Jefferson, Kentucky, United States.-
