William Eastin 
William was born in 1757 in Albemarle, Virginia, USA. William's father was Thomas EASTIN and his mother was Sarah WHITLOCK. His maternal grandfather was George Thomas WHITLOCK. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named John, Augustine, James, Philip Lt., Stephen, Aechilles, Reuben, Exoney and Daughter. He died at the age of 65 on April 22nd, 1822.General Notes

Hazen's Reg;, in battles of Staten Island, Brandywine, and Germantown. Mustered out as a Sgt.,
discharged at Morristown, N.J.
RESIDENCE: After the Rev. War William settled in Albermarle Co., VA.
