William Franklin Cox Jr. 
William Franklin was born on April 19th, 1913 in Pittsylvania Co, VA.1 William Franklin's father was William Franklin Cox and his mother was Elizabeth Ramsey Gorgon. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Pinkney Cox and Martha Susan Joyce. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas Gordon, Martha Boyd and Helen Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 67 on February 24th, 1981 in Richmond, Henrico Co, VA.General Notes
