Sallie Lou Cox 
Sallie Lou was born on January 29th, 1871 in Henry Co, VA.1 Sallie Lou's father was Thomas Pinkney Cox and her mother was Martha Susan Joyce. Her maternal grandparents were Martin James Joyce and Sarah Anne Roberts. She had six brothers and four sisters, named William Franklin, James Thomas, Baxter Snyder, Leonard Baylor, Warner Shultz, Infant Boy, Nannie Martin, Martha Dallas, Ruth C. and Minnie Lorene. She was the second oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 50 on July 10th, 1921.1 General Notes
