Richard Bowling Coombs

Richard was born on March 12th, 1858 in Hart, Kentucky.¹ Richard's father was Isham Coombs and his mother was Martha (Patsy) Ann Cash. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Coombs and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Warren Thompson Cash and Katherine Duvall. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Warren, Samuel, Ben, Isham, William, Gabriel, Adin, Charles, Donna and Betsy. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.
