Richard Collier 
Richard was born in 1864. Richard's father was Christopher Columbus Collier and his mother was Rachel Biggs. His paternal grandparents were Morgan Colyer Collier and Elizabeth (Betsy) Purvis. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John W, David C, James L, Rebecca and Elouise. He was the oldest of the six children.-
