Sir William Clopton 
William was born in 1375 in Clopton, Gloucestershire, England.1 William's father was John Clopton and his mother was Mary Charlton. His paternal grandparents were William Clopton and Anne de la Morehall; his maternal grandparents were Roger Charlton and Elizabeth Besyn. He had a sister named Joan. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 44 on September 7th, 1419.1 -
