Gervasus Clifton

Gervasus was born in 1406 in Kent, England and his christening took place in Clifton, Nottinghamshire, England.¹² Gervasus' father was Sir Gervase George Clifton and his mother was Isabella Francis. His paternal grandparents were John Clifton and Catherine de Cressey; his maternal grandparents were Sir Robert Francis and Isabell Bernchard. He had a brother named Robert. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 65 in 1471.¹
