Mary COURTENAY 
Mary was born in 1673. Mary's father was William COURTENAY and her mother was Margaret WALLER. Her paternal grandparents were Francis COURTENAY and Elizabeth SEYMOUR. She had nine brothers and seven sisters, named William, Francis, Edward, George, James, Richard, George, Henry, William, Lucy, Elizabeth, Isabell, Ann, Margaret, Jane and Dorothy. She was the second youngest of the seventeen children. She died at the age of 9 in 1682. She was buried on September 8th, 1682 in Wolborough, Newton Abbott, Devon.1 General Notes
