Mary Elizabeth Bryant 
Mary Elizabeth was born on November 22nd, 1854 in Red River County, Texas. Mary Elizabeth's father was Joseph Roberts Bryant and her mother was Mary Ann Butler. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon George Bryant and Lavinia Roberts. She had four brothers and three sisters, named James Thomas "Tommy", James Arthur, William "Will" Louis, Hooker H., Ida, Ollie and Amanda "Johnnie" Jane. She was the oldest of the eight children. She had two half-sisters named Lucy and Buelah Beatrice. She died at the age of 34 on May 14th, 1889 in Kemp, Kaufman County, Texas. She was buried in Kemp Cemetery, Kemp, Kaufman County, Texas.General Notes
