John Marvin Bryant 
John Marvin was born in August 1894 in Texas. John Marvin's father was James Arthur Bryant and his mother was Lula Ostien. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Roberts Bryant and Mary Ann Butler. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Joseph Hooker, Allie Lee, Corbet F., Effie Ellen, Willie Maude, Eva M. and Mary Kay. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.General Notes
