Nicholas Browning

Nicholas was born in 1712 in Jamestown, James City, Virginia.¹ Nicholas' father was Francis Browning and his mother was Rachel Merritt. His paternal grandparents were John Browning and Elizabeth Demarest. He had six brothers and a sister, named Francis, John, Edward, James, Thomas, William and Anne. He was the youngest of the eight children.
