Isaac Preston was born in 1873 in Kentucky. Isaac Preston's father was Benjamin Franklin BROWNING Jr. and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth GIVIDEN. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin BROWNING Sr. and Elizabeth M. CROPPER. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John W., Henry Franklin, Charles, Susie E., Luanna and Tempa. He was the third youngest of the seven children.-
