Chelton Allen BROWNING 
Chelton Allen was born on October 16th, 1853. Chelton Allen's father was William Toliver BROWNING and his mother was Elizabeth Jane MILLER. His paternal grandparents were Elijah BROWNING and Harriet M. CLEVELAND. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Harrison Oliver, Elijah Henry, Early, Joseph, Asa K., Thornton, Charles, Talitha J. and Cora. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 95 in 1948.-
