Charles BROWNING 
Charles was born on February 5th, 1875. Charles' father was William Toliver BROWNING and his mother was Elizabeth Jane MILLER. His paternal grandparents were Elijah BROWNING and Harriet M. CLEVELAND. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Chelton Allen, Harrison Oliver, Elijah Henry, Early, Joseph, Asa K., Thornton, Talitha J. and Cora. He was the second youngest of the ten children.-
