Agnes Anscell 
Agnes was born in 1552 in Bardford, Bedford, England.1 Agnes' father was Thomas Anscell and her mother was Elizabeth Wheatley. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Anscell and Wethlyan Powell; her maternal grandparents were Robert Powell Wheatley and Catherine Fyssher. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Nicholas, Wheatley, Oliver, Thomas, Rose, Mary, Temperance, Elizabeth, Anne and Anscell. She was the second oldest of the eleven children.-
