Samuel Lewis 
Samuel was born on August 18th, 1648 in Farmington, CT.1 Samuel's father was William Lewis and his mother was Mary Hopkins. His paternal grandparents were William Lewis and Felix; his maternal grandfather was William Hopkins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Ebenezer, Philip, William, Mary, Sarah Hannah and Felix. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Ezekiel, Nathaniel, Daniel, Joseph, Elizabeth and Abigail.1 General Notes
