Amalie von Hessen-Philippsthal 
Amalie was born in 1684. Amalie's father was Philipp von Hessen-Philippsthal and her mother was Katharine Amalie von Solms-Laubach. Her paternal grandparents were Wilhelm Vl von Hessen-Kassel and Hedwig Sophie von Brandenburg. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Karl, Philipp, Wilhelm, Wilhelmine Hedwig, Amoene, Friederike Henriette and Sofie. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 70 in 1754.
