Cornelius Phelps 
Cornelius was born on October 13th, 1627 in Crewkerne, Somerset, England.1 Cornelius' father was William Phelps and his mother was Anne Dover. His paternal grandfather was William Phelps. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Timothy William, Mary, Mary, Sarah and Mary. He was the oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers named William, Samuel and Nathaniel.1 -
