Julie Hoffmann 
Julie was born on December 21st, 1819.1 Julie's father was Johann Friederich Benjamin Hoffman and her mother was Ernestine Dorothee Magdalenea Imogena Hartman. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Benjamin Hoffmann and Christina Entenmaennin; her maternal grandparents were M. Ludwig Hartmann and Christina Dorothea Sigwartin. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Ludwig Julian Adolph, Pauline Adelfried, Earl Wilhelm, Eduard, Dorothea Juliana Mathilde, Emma and Hostalie Luisa. She was the second oldest of the eight children.1 -
