Charles 
Charles was born in 1781. Charles' father was Friedrich Wilhelm II Koenig von Preussen and his mother was Frederica von Hessen-Darmstadt. His paternal grandparents were Augustus William and Louise von Brunswick; his maternal grandparents were Ludwig lX von Hessen-Darmstadt and Karoline Palatine von Zweibruecken-Birkenfeld. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Friedrich Wilhelm III Koenig, Louis, Wilhelm, Son, Christine and Wilhelmina. He had a half-sister named Frederica Charlotte. He died at the age of 65 in 1846.-
