Otto II von Wittlesbach 
Otto II was born about 1120 in Kelheim, Niederbayern, Bavaria. Otto II's father was Otto I von WIttlesbach and his mother was Helika of Burg-Lengenfeld. His paternal grandparents are Otto II von Scheyern and Richardis von Weimar; his maternal grandparents are Friedrich II of Lengenfeld and Sigena von Leigs. He had a brother and two sisters, named Konrad, Heilike and Hedwig. He was the oldest of the four children. He died on July 11th, 1183. He was buried on November 7th, 1183.
