William Spofford

William was born about 1600 in Kirk Ella, Yorkshire, England. William's father was John Spofford. His paternal grandparents are Robert Spofford and Agnes De Clare. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, John, Anna, Margaret and Jane. He is the second oldest of the six children.
