Hans Ulrich was born on September 20th, 1669 in Melchnau, Caton Bern, Switzerland. Hans Ulrich's father was Joseph Schneider. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on February 23rd, 1743 in Diedendorf, Alsace, France.General Notes

Hans Ulrich and Anna Carharina were married in a religious ceremony about 1699 in Switzerland. They had eight sons and four daughters, named Otto Johann, Christin, Johannes Nicholaus, Josephus, Johann Friedrich, Johannes, Christian, Johann Daniel, Julia Maria, Margaretha, Maria Magdalena and Anna Ottilia.
