Deis Randolph Peter 
Deis Randolph was born on January 22nd, 1887 in Dover, Tuscarawas Co, OH. Deis Randolph's father was Theodore Philip Peter and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Deis. His paternal grandparents were Charles Peter and Julia Nydegger; his maternal grandparents were John H. Deis and Saloma Arnold. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert Theodore, Earnest Christian, Theron Osburn, Salome Julia and Viola Louise. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 55 in 1942.General Notes
