David De Windsor 
David was born about 1100 in Carew Castle, Pembrokeshire, Wales. David's father is Geraldus FitzOtho De Windsor and his mother was Nesta verch Rhys. His paternal grandfather is Walter FitzOther; his maternal grandfather was Rhys ap Tewdwr Mawr and his maternal grandmother is Gwladys verch Rhiwallon. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William FitzGerald, Maurice FitzGerald, Hadewise and Angharad. He is the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Henry.-
