Archibald Boyd

Archibald was born about 1454 in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland. Archibald's father was Robert Boyd and his mother was Mariota Maxwell. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Boyd and his paternal grandmother is Isabell Lyle; his maternal grandfather was John Maxwell and his maternal grandmother is Janet Crichton. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Alexander, John, Elizabeth, Annabella, Euphemia and Margaret. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died before May 4th, 1507.
