Solomon Newton Yost 
Solomon Newton was born on June 6th, 1875. Solomon Newton's father was Abraham P. Yost and his mother was Saphronia J. Sargent. His maternal grandparents were Sylvester Sargent and Sarah Jane Westfall. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named William Henry, Charles Edward, Bertram, Elizabeth Ellen, Martha Jane, Melinda Ann, Margaret M., Lucy Lucinda, Anna Clara, Ada Florence and Margaret Ann. He is the fifth youngest of the twelve children.-
