Anna Clara was born on March 31st, 1880. Anna Clara's father was Abraham P. Yost and her mother was Saphronia J. Sargent. Her maternal grandparents were Sylvester Sargent and Sarah Jane Westfall. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named William Henry, Charles Edward, Bertram, Solomon Newton, Elizabeth Ellen, Martha Jane, Melinda Ann, Margaret M., Lucy Lucinda, Ada Florence and Margaret Ann. She is the third youngest of the twelve children.-
