Enoch Welch 
Enoch was born on July 2nd, 1825 in Groton, Caledonia County, Vermont. Enoch's father was Nehemiah Welch and his mother was Dolly Page. His maternal grandparents were Moses Page and Dorothy (Dolly) Bennett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Solomon, Nehemiah, Philander Hall, Robb T. G., Dolly Annis, Louisa C., Elizabeth Ann, Elizabeth Ann and Martha Britann. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 67 on April 6th, 1893.-
