Samuel Sargent 
Samuel was born on September 22nd, 1703 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. Samuel's father was Charles Sargent and his mother was Hannah Foote. His paternal grandparents were William Sargent and Mary Colby; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Foote and Hannah Currier. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Timothy, Charles, Elias, Elizabeth, Hannah and Bathsheba. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 in 1789 in Salem, Massachusetts.General Notes
