Libbie Lillian was born on September 8th, 1862 in Troy Twnshp., Crawford County, Pa.. Libbie Lillian's father was Elisha Silas Walden and her mother was Clarinda Hibbard Southwick. Her maternal grandparents were William Bowron Southwick and Maria Rideout. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Emlyn Herbert, Myron Linden, Raymond Silas, Malinda Gates, Clarinda Marion, Mary Estelle and Lura Lucinda. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 80 in 1942 in Townville, Pa..-
