Oliver N. was born on October 3rd, 1816 in Grafton, New Hampshire. Oliver N.'s father was Ezra Tucker and his mother was Judith Burbank. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Tucker and Lydia Stevens. He had four brothers and six sisters, named George W., John, Dan S., Nathan, Elise, Lydia, Martha M., Judith, Alice and Sophronia.
