Walter Clare Sargent 
Walter Clare was born on December 21st, 1903 in Dubuque, Dubuque County Iowa. Walter Clare's father was Eugene Sargent and his mother was Jessie May Huston. His paternal grandparents were Timothy Sargent and Delinda Fox. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named Floyd Elmer, Lester Louis, Chester Brewer, Ralph E., Timothy Benjamin, Charles Franklin, Jacob Roger, Albert Ronald, Mary Ann, Hazel Blanche, Zerma Mae, Infant, Mabel B. and Charlotte B.. He was the fifth oldest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 83 in October 1987.-
