Philip Sargent 
Philip was born in 1805 in Thornton, New Hampshire. Philip's father was Philip Sargent and his mother was Lucinda Bancroft. His paternal grandparents were Abel Sargent and Sarah Hadley. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Seneca, David Flint, Abel, William, Lewis, Moses, Elbridge Gerry, Betsey, Clarissa and Lucinda. He died at the age of 71 in 1876 in N. Andover, Massachusetts.-
