Lydia was born on February 7th, 1785 in Pembroke, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Lydia's father was Jonathan Sargent and her mother is Molly Lucas. Her paternal grandparents were Sterling Sargent and Lydia Coffin. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Jonathan, Sterling, Mehitable, Mary and Eliza. She died at the age of 91 on April 1st, 1876 in Woodstock, Grafton County, New Hampshire.-
