Ernest Raymond was born on December 24th, 1900 in Rutland, Essex County, Massachusetts. Ernest Raymond's father was Frederick Scoville Hunt and his mother was Abbie Rebecca Wales. His maternal grandparents were Ivory Wales and Rebecca B. Sargent. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Frederick Scoville, Edson Ivory, Waldo William, Harold Gordan, Gertrude Rebecca, Bertha Cleora and Bernice Louise. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 76 on March 17th, 1977 in Worcester, Massachusetts.-
