Evelyn was born on May 17th, 1893. Evelyn's father was Charles Hiveley and her mother was Bridget McConologue. Her paternal grandparents were Elias Hiveley and Diana Bills. She has a brother and a sister, named Charles and Mary. She is the youngest of the three children. She had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Earl Eugene, Joseph W., Milon, Howard, August R., Herbert and Gertrude.-
