Andrew was born on May 18th, 1866 in Wayne, Michigan. Andrew's father was Elias Hiveley and his mother was Diana Bills. His maternal grandparents were Alvah Bills and Julia Sheldon. He had two brothers and a sister, named William C., Charles and Mary E.. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died in Caro, Tuscola, Michigan.-
