Dorothy Elizabeth was born on February 14th, 1923 in Wood County, Ohio. Dorothy Elizabeth's father was Selby Hiram Hillard and her mother was Florence Freed. Her paternal grandparents were James Selby Hillard and Mary Elizabeth Snyder. She had three brothers named Lloyd Levoy, Marion Milo and Lawrence Selby. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 50 in December 1973 in Wood County, Ohio.-
