Barry Joe Hillard 
Barry Joe was born on March 1st, 1946 in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Barry Joe's father was Victor Grant Hillard and his mother was Mary Nixon Hoelle. His paternal grandparents were George Daniel Hillard and Edith May Slaughterbeck. He had a sister named Betty Lou. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 39 on August 16th, 1985 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.General Notes
Barry was afflicted with epilepsy as a result of a very high fever as an infant which resulted in brain scar tissue. From the age of twelve until his early twenties he was hospitalized at Caro State Hospital for Epilepsy. After his release, he married Sharon, whom he had met at Saginaw. They lived in Detroit. While fishing in the Detroit River, he had a seizure and fell in and drowned.
