Joshia Burt was born on August 20th, 1870. Joshia Burt's father was James Gale Fitts and his mother was Martha Ann Pillsbury. His maternal grandparents were John Pillsbury and Susanna Wadleigh. He had four sisters named Cora L, Mary Burt, Anna M and Susie Gale. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 79 in 1949.-
