Henry A was born on December 21st, 1823 in Bradford, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Henry A's father was Allen Cressy and his mother was Judith Sargent. His maternal grandparents were James Sargent and Polly Roach. He had two brothers and a sister, named Azariah, Daniel F. and Maria H.. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 78 on February 23rd, 1902.-
