Charlotte Eugenie was born on July 24th, 1883 in Abbots Village, ME. Charlotte Eugenie's father was John Stark Colby and her mother was Harriett Anne Fogg. Her paternal grandparents were Albert S. Colby and Maria Freeman Dresser. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Eugene Stark, Ralph Freeman, Seabury Russell, Jessie, Gaylord Foster, Anne Marie Louise and Alice Gertrude. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 56 on October 15th, 1939 in Wellesly, MA.-
