His paternal grandparents were Jr. Bills Samuel and Phoebe Fillmore. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Newman, William, Henry Leo, Robert Leland, Elmer, Ervin, Joseph Samuel, Carrie Emma, Phoebe and Mary Adeline. He died at the age of 33 on February 7th, 1920 in of Payson, Utah, Utah.-
