Myrta Lenora was born on April 25th, 1867 in Oakwood, Oakland County, MI. Myrta Lenora's father was James Gooding Adams and her mother was Ophelia F. Ball. Her paternal grandparents were Leonard Adams and Martha Morrill. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Lucius Edwin, Jr. Adams Gooding, Herbert James, Harriet Augusta and Edith Viola. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 36 on May 18th, 1903. She was buried in Oakwood, Oakland County, MI.General Notes

Buried in the Oakwood Cemetery (N of intersection of Oakwood Rd and Baldwin Rd). Cause of death was measles. Probably died in Detroit. She was living at 734 Fifteenth St. Detroit. Funeral was held at James G. ADAMS home in Oakwood.
