Silas Whitford 
Silas was born on September 4th, 1792.1 Silas' father was Joshua Whitford and his mother was Phebe Palmer. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Whitford and Prudence Burdick; his maternal grandparents were William Palmer and Phebe Darrow. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Palmer, Joshua, Stephen, Hosea, Phoebe, Grace and Lucinda. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 1 on October 26th, 1793.1 -
