Phebe Palmer 
Phebe was born on March 29th, 1760 in Westerly, Kings, RI, USA.1 Phebe's father was William Palmer and her mother was Phebe Darrow. Her paternal grandparents were William Palmer and Abigail Wyatt; her maternal grandparents were George Darrow and Phebe Palmer. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Vose, William, George, Lemuel, Priscilla, Sarah, Frances, Esther, Welthea and Lucy Ann. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 71 on May 26th, 1831 in Brookfield, Madison, New York, USA.1 -
