James Waggoner

James was born in 1880 in Kansas.¹   James' mother was Mary A. Waggoner.  His maternal grandparents are Thomas Simpson and Isabelle. He had four sisters named Edmon J., Rosa M, Edna J and Martha A.  He is the second oldest of the five children.
