Edmon J. Waggoner

Edmon J. was born in 1879 in Kansas.¹   Edmon J.'s mother was Mary A. Waggoner.  Her maternal grandparents are Thomas Simpson and Isabelle. She had a brother and three sisters, named James, Rosa M, Edna J and Martha A.  She is the oldest of the five children.
